We look at the structure, check access for our equipment, flag any permit needs, and hand you one price for the whole job.

The crew takes the structure down safely and methodically, protecting the fences, trees, and buildings around it.

Every scrap goes in our trailers: lumber, roofing, hardware. We rake the site clean and haul metals to recyclers on the way out.

What to know before the teardown.
What structures can you demolish?
Sheds, garages, decks, fences, barns, mobile homes, above-ground pools, playsets, and most other outbuildings. If it's standing and you want it gone, send us a photo and we'll tell you if we can take it down.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the structure and where you live. Small sheds and decks usually don't need one; garages and mobile homes often do. We'll tell you up front whether your project needs a permit and point you to the right county office.
Is the debris hauled away too?
Yes. Demolition and removal are one job, one price. We tear the structure down, load every scrap, and rake the site clean before we leave. You're not left with a pile to deal with.
How long does a demolition take?
Most sheds, decks, and fences come down in a single day. Garages and mobile homes can take two to three days depending on size and access. You'll get a clear timeline with your estimate.
What about the concrete slab or foundation?
Ask us during your estimate. Depending on the size and thickness, we can often break out and haul away slabs and footings as part of the job, or leave the pad intact if you plan to build on it.
How much does demolition cost?
Cost depends on the structure's size, materials, and how easy it is to reach with our equipment. We'll look at it in person and give you a firm, no-obligation price before any work starts.
