Junk Removal Crew Member
Missoula, MT · Full-Time · $18 - $24/hour
We’re growing our crew. Dandy Dumps hauls junk and demolishes structures across Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley, and we need people who show up on time, work hard, and treat customers’ homes with respect.
No junk removal experience required. We’ll teach you the trade: safe lifting, careful carrying through finished homes, teardown technique, and how to talk to customers like a professional.
What you’ll do
- Load furniture, appliances, and debris onto our trailers
- Help demolish sheds, decks, fences, and other structures
- Sort loads for donation, recycling, and disposal
- Drive to job sites around Missoula and the valley
- Leave every site cleaner than we found it
What we’re looking for
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly through a workday
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Reliable, friendly, and comfortable talking with customers
- Experience towing a trailer is a plus, not a requirement
